Hand Knotted
Hand knotted rugs are an ancient art form that can create intricate modern organic or reinterpreted timeless designs. They are woven completely by hand on a special loom. These carpets can exhibit simplicity or great complexity since each knot is individually tied by hand. They often have a flat pile but may also utilize a variety of pile heights for added texture. Available in many different materials, such as wool, silk, ECOSE ® nylon, jute and bamboo silk.
Hand Tufted
Hand tufted rugs are created using a small, handheld, tufting gun to stitch the design into a canvas backing. The tufting gun is guided by a craftsman, in linear or dynamic patterns, to turn the custom pattern inked on the canvas into a work of art.
Flat Weave
Flat weave rugs are hand woven on a loom. These rugs are constructed without any knots or pile height. Instead, the patterns are created using different colored vertical and horizontal fibers that are woven together to create the rug.
